The fruit in Perigree is 100% 777 clone from a single parcel in the Yamill-Carlton AVA. It is super fresh and vibrant, and has a lot of depth and texture that you get from this clone grown on marine sedimentary soils. As usual, we employed a lot of whole-cluster in this wine as well.
