After partial whole-cluster fermentation, the wine spent 14 months resting in neutral French oak. The bouquet is striking, with aromas of wild raspberry, black cherry, rose petal, and hints of Mediterranean herbs weaving through subtle mineral tones. The palate is both sumptuous and focused, delivering layers of red plum, pomegranate, and subtle clove wrapped in a seamless texture. Fine tannins and balanced acidity give the wine lift and dimension, leading to a finish that lingers with poise and intensity. This is a beautifully structured Grenache-driven wine that offers remarkable finesse while reflecting the strength of its old-vine origins. t would pair exquisitely with slow-roasted lamb shoulder seasoned with rosemary and garlic.
