2024 Holocene Carson-Phillips Vineyard Pinot Noir

This is a new wine for us, and our first full-on vineyard designate. Carson-Phillips Vineyard is a beautiful site in the Dundee Hills AVA of the Willamette Valley. The vineyard was planted in 2000 and features dry-farmed vines growing in deep, volcanic Jory soils. It is farmed organically, and we get a mix of clones from this site. The volcanic soils provide a wine with supple tannins and laser focus, hitting a range of aromatics across the spectrum of red, blue, and black fruit, and a characteristic dried herb freshness. Plenty of whole cluster goodness here, too. We are excited to work with this site moving forward.
