2024 Holocene "Apocrypha" Pinot Noir

The 2024 Apocrypha, from barrel, is spicy in the glass, blending dried herbs and strawberries with exotic citrus and nuances of white pepper. The palate is savory, nearly salty, with minerality, as a mass of tart wild berry fruit saturates under an air of violet florals. Structure ramps up through the finish, firm and long, leaving hints of blackberry to fade slowly. There's a lot of potential here. (94-96) Eric Guido, Vinous
